Ermmmmm, i was told that these both brands is originate from Germany and Austria. And these brands offer lots of proteins and supplement which you guys who is bodybuilding needs to get lean or grow muscle.
LOL. Right now I'm talking like a pro in body building. haha did some research over these brands.
